DAY 6 - Farwell to Moab!

Hoping for one last hoorah” before driving back to the Great White North (Canada!), we left the campground early and drove to Wilson Arch. This arch is similar to Looking Glass Rock and also boasts an awesome free-hanging rappel. Unfortunately the weather chose not to cooperate. High winds and potential rainstorms put to end to any attempt at climbing the arch and so we simply settled for a quick hike around the magnificent structure.

An hour later we reluctantly hit the road for the long drive back to Calgary.

Once again Moab delivered up some of the most scenic, interesting, and exhilarating trips I’ve ever done. What a true gem of the U.S..

We’ll be back!

Interesting clouds and light above another one of Moab's famous arches - the Golden ones!
